The signatories to the Canberra Accord are working on the design of a new format which will demonstrate the basis for determining "substantial equivalency" of systems. A proposal has been circulated for comments and suggestions and responses have been requested by 18 November 2008. The draft proposal, with possible modifications after the 18th, will be the basis for reviews until the General Meeting in April 2008.  The approved document will be published on this website after that meeting.
